About Us

We are a dynamic team who passionately and creatively run a focaccia food truck in Trausdorf an der Wulka. Our mission is to serve our guests freshly baked, delicious focaccia made with regional ingredients and a smile. We are looking for a dedicated kitchen assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and who enjoys working in a lively environment.

Your tasks

• Preparation of focaccia : Baking and topping focaccia according to our exact specifications to ensure consistently high quality.

• Customer service : Friendly and open communication with our guests, including engaging in small conversations to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Cashier : Processing orders and payments with care and accuracy.

• Dispensing of drinks : Dispensing of sealed beverage bottles (no pouring).

• Independent work : Self-responsible organization of the workplace in the food truck, including compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

• Workplace maintenance : Ensuring a clean and tidy work area, including simple cleaning tasks after the end of a shift.

Your profile

• Strong communication skills : Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, as well as an open and friendly demeanor.

• Accuracy : Careful and precise work, especially in food preparation and cash handling.

• Independence : The ability to complete tasks independently and to work effectively in a small team.

• Resilience : Flexibility and the ability to keep a cool head even during peak times (e.g., at events or high customer volume).

• Hygiene awareness : Knowledge and compliance with hygiene regulations in the food sector (ideally proof of hygiene training, but not mandatory).

• Experience : Prior experience in the catering or food industry is an advantage, but not a requirement – ​​we are happy to train you!

• Team spirit : Enjoyment of working together in a small, dynamic team.

We offer

• Attractive remuneration : A gross minimum wage of €2,026 (full-time basis) according to the collective agreement for the hotel and catering industry, pro rata for 12–16 hours/week (approx. €456.75–€608.95 gross/month).

• Working hours : Regular working hours from Thursday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, ideal for a balanced work-life balance.

• Work location : Trausdorf an der Wulka – a vibrant location with direct customer contact.

• Further training : Instruction in our processes and the opportunity to expand your skills in food truck operations.

Working hours and location

• Working hours : Thursday to Sunday, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM (12-16 hours/week, depending on agreement).

• Workplace : Focaccia food truck, Trausdorf an der Wulka, Burgenland.
