We are looking for a reliable kitchen assistant with an interest in BBQ to join our new restaurant Pannolio Beach in Eisenstadt immediately.

This job is particularly family-friendly, as the main working hours are in the morning, and you usually finish in the early afternoon.

Your working hours (part-time): Approx. 20–30 hours per week (flexible and adaptable by arrangement). Focus: Mornings (e.g., 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM) for preparation tasks.

What you will do with us:

• Preparation of BBQ specials according to given recipes (e.g., smoking pulled pork, spare ribs, and brisket)
• Slicing and portioning of meats
• Making NY pizza sauce and other mise-en-place tasks
• Preparing ingredients for pizza and restaurant operations
• Cleaning the workstation, cleaning machines and equipment
• Washing dishes, cleaning the bar and kitchen as needed (especially if the evening shift left a lot behind)

The job is varied but structured – you work according to clear recipes and specifications.

Ideally, you bring:

• Experience in the kitchen or as a kitchen assistant is an advantage (not a prerequisite – motivation and reliability count more)
• Interest in BBQ and enjoyment of working with food
• Careful and clean working methods
• Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills
• Perfect German spoken and written (important for teamwork)
• Physical resilience (standing, lifting boxes, etc.)
