We are looking for a motivated and friendly employee (m/f/d) with a focus on the Focaccia Foodtruck for our new restaurant Pannolio Beach in Eisenstadt, starting immediately.

Your main area of responsibility will be the Focaccia Foodtruck – that's where you'll primarily be working. If needed, you'll also step in as a runner in the restaurant (bringing food and drinks to tables and clearing them).

Foodtruck opening hours: Mon – Fri: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Your tasks:

• Mainly at the food truck:
  • Baking and freshly filling focaccia according to given recipes
  • Preparation and sale of salads to go
  • Dispensing bottled drinks
  • Cashier operations and friendly customer service
  • Keeping the truck clean and proper mise en place
• If needed, stepping in as a runner in the restaurant (bringing food and drinks to tables and clearing them)

Your working hours: 40 hours per week, mainly Mon–Fri during the day. Shifts are based on the food truck's opening hours (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM), with some preparation and post-processing time.

• Collective agreement salary according to the Hotel and Restaurant Industry Collective Agreement Burgenland – starting from approx. €2,026 gross/month (for full-time, 14 times a year) plus tips and possible allowances, depending on prior experience

• Good training and regulated daily hours (mostly daytime)

What you bring:

• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and quick, fresh food preparation
• Reliability, cleanliness, and a fast work ethic
• Perfect German in spoken and written form (important for customers at the truck)
• Good teamwork skills and flexibility to step in as a runner in the restaurant when needed
• Ideally, initial experience in the snack bar, food truck, or gastronomy sector (career changers with motivation are welcome)
• Physical resilience and a class B driver's license are a plus
